Before going into details on how to save yourself from key-logger, I will explain what key-logger is. Many of you may not know what is key-logger.
Key-logger is a type of malicious tool which hacker installs in your computer to get your personal info. Key-logger can send passwords of your Facebook, Gmail, and Twitter to hacker without your knowing.
Now I will tell you how to check if you have key-logger installed in your computer. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together to go to your task manager. Click on the details tab and search for winlogon.exe. If you have only one process running you have nothing to worry about but if see there are multiple process of the same name then you have key-logger installed in your system.
If you have key-logger, go to control panel and uninstall all unknown programs. Download Malware Bytes Anti Malware from here. Select full version trial and scan your computer. Delete the detected files after scanning and restart your computer. Hope this will remover key-logger from your computer.
